Our Process
Gasser Law is a local Middle Tennessee company providing bankruptcy and estate planning services including Chapters 7 and 13 Bankruptcy filing, the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trust Establishment and mobile notarization. We are set up to provide the majority of these services remotely by conducting consultations by phone and exchanging necessary documents and information online. Once all documents have been prepared by us and reviewed and approved by you, we will schedule a time to meet at our local office to sign and notarize documents as needed. We also offer mobile signing and notarization of estate planning documents at a location of your choice, so we can complete the entire process without you having to leave your home if you prefer or are unable to travel easily.
